Willow Woods Beer Packaging Design

Developed a complete beer packaging system for Willow Woods Brewery, including four can variants, shrink sleeve packs, tray packaging, and master carton designs. Created to strengthen shelf presence, improve brand recognition, and support retail distribution, the project combined strategic packaging design with production-ready execution for the Malaysian market, with brewery manufacturing coordinated in Spain.

From Sketch to Signature Brand Identity

The Willow Woods identity began with a handcrafted sketching process, allowing the brand personality to be explored before moving into digital development. Inspired by the client's vision of nature, adventure, and premium brewing heritage, the logo combines bold typography with symbolic elements that reinforce the brand story.

A woodpecker-inspired emblem was incorporated to strengthen the connection to the "Woods" concept, while the wheat illustration reflects the beer-making tradition at the heart of the product. The final identity balances authenticity, craftsmanship, and shelf presence, creating a distinctive beer brand designed to stand out in competitive retail environments.

One Brand. Four Distinct Variants.

Designed as a unified beer packaging system, Willow Woods brings together four distinct product variants under a single, recognizable brand identity. Each variant was carefully developed to communicate its individual strength while maintaining visual consistency across the entire product range, creating stronger shelf presence and enhanced consumer recognition.

• 6-Can Shrink Sleeve Pack Design

• 24-Can Master Carton Box Design

Prepared for Production. Built for Market Execution.
Prepared for Production. Built for Market Execution.

Packaging design reaches its true value when it performs successfully in production. For Willow Woods, final print-ready artwork was developed in accordance with Ball Corporation manufacturing requirements and supplied for commercial can production in Spain. This process ensured that every design element translated accurately from concept to finished packaging while maintaining brand consistency, print precision, and manufacturing quality throughout the production stage.
